TaxMiles uses GPS and motion sensors to detect when you start driving at speeds above 10 mph. It records your route in the background with less than 3% battery impact. Trips end automatically after you've been stationary for 5+ minutes.
After each trip, you'll receive a notification. Swipe right for business, left for personal. You can also classify trips from the Trips tab. After 2 weeks, TaxMiles AI will start auto-classifying for you.
TaxMiles automatically uses the current IRS standard mileage rate. The app checks for rate updates annually and prompts you to apply the new rate.
Go to the Taxes tab and tap "Export Report." Choose PDF or CSV format and select your date range. Pro subscribers can also generate CPA-ready exports with detailed categorization.
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Your trip data is always yours.
